Here’s everything shown during tonight’s ID @ Xbox showcase

It looks like it’s showcase week, and following the efforts of Nintendo and Sony last night, Microsoft took its turn today with another one of its mostly indie ID @ Xbox digital presentation events. And if you’ve missed its typically twisty revelations, you can check out everything that appears, much more concisely, below.


Eville

Eville is a social deduction multiplayer game from developer VestGames that will arrive on Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PC, and Game Pass on October 11. He sees up to 13 players working together – or not – to expose the conspirators hiding in a murder-besieged village. Those chosen as villagers must eliminate suspects by day, while those in the role of conspirators can decide who should be kicked out at night.

Born of Bread

WildArts developer Born of Bread’s light-hearted adventure offers a blend of Paper-Mario-style exploration and turn-based combat in which players, as a flour golem, must travel the world, from the mysterious ruins of the Forest of Roots to the bustling metropolis of South Munch City, to save it from chaos. It all looks very adorable and will arrive on Xbox and PC at a currently unspecified future date.

Arcane Farm

Homestead Arcana is yet another entry in the increasingly overloaded farming simulation genre, but this one – from developer Serenity Forge – aims to shake things up by giving the process a more magical twist. Players take on the role of a peasant witch who pioneers, cultivates and creates spells to restore a corrupt kingdom besieged by a force known as Miasma. It will arrive on Xbox and PC, as well as Game Pass on Day 1, next year.

Homestead Arcana is one of four games from the Skybound publisher that have confirmed the arrival on Game Pass, with the 90s-inspired adventure Big Con, the puzzle platformer Rainbow Billy and The Walking Dead: The Final Season by Telltale Games that they will join the service “this year”.

Developer Yellow Dot’s Let’s Cook Together 2 is bringing another portion of co-op culinary action to PC and Xbox this fall, this time pitting players against a dystopian food government known as Nutri Inc.

Call of the Wild: The fisherman

Call of the Wild: The Angler (from Expansive Worlds, the developer behind theHunter: Call of the Wild) does pretty much exactly what you’d expect, providing players with the tools they need to undertake some serious fishing hijackings as they wander for a vast open-world looking for the perfect fishing spot on their journey to become an experienced fisherman. This is now available on PC.

Ghostbusters: Spirits unleashed

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, which hails from the developer of Predator: Hunting Grounds IllFonic, is an asymmetrical multiplayer game that offers four players the opportunity to tie up proton packs and hunt down ghostly nuisances controlled by a fifth player. There are cosmetics and upgrades to unlock, online and local play is supported, and there’s even an AI-based solo mode. This will be released on Xbox, PC and Game Pass on October 18th.

A “racing game where your goal is to stop”, You Suck at Parking’s 100 increasingly difficult levels challenge players to swerve on tracks and stop in a tiny parking lot as quickly as possible. Valheim

And finally, Coffee Stain Studios’ hugely popular Viking survival adventure Valheim now has a release date on PC Game Pass. He will join the service on September 29th.
