And if you do just a few minutes a day, it can work wonders.

“I can’t say it’s a thing, but planks, if you do two minutes of a plank every day it will change your body,” added former Baywatch actor Dave Charvet.

He also talked about a new method.

‘I also really like Mantra movement, which is positive dialogue woven into the rhythm and movement of the body. I need to sweat a lot in my workouts. So, for me it’s a full body burn, head to toe and body sculpting.’

The TV host spoke exclusively with DailyMail.com to promote Longevity By Brooke Burke Body which sells plant-based superfoods.

Another healthy hack? It turns out the beauty never lets herself be “angry” because she relies on small but healthy snacks to keep her from indulging in poor choices.

And it also keeps all of its food within a certain window of time since it’s intermittent faster.

When the munchies hit, she gives up.

“I’m not much of a snacker, but time spent in the car to and from school and sports is a really easy time to want to snack on something,” said the mother of four.

“I try to keep it healthy by packing a mindful snack bag that I keep with me and my kids.” There’s nothing worse than being ‘angry’ and that’s when we start making bad choices.’

But he only snacks at his window.

“I intermittently fast, so as long as I’m sticking with my window to eat and rest, I don’t think it really matters.”

“What I love about intermittent fasting is that it gives you a little more wiggle room and grace in your eating window, so I don’t feel guilty if I’m hungry and need some afternoon to cheer myself up.”

“So, I guess the answer is no, I don’t really believe in the theory that you have to stop snacking at a certain point in the day.”

And be careful what food you pick up.

‘I’m a diligent reader of labels. I think we have to be. There’s so much shit out there, especially with packaged food,’ said the Playboy cover girl.

‘I’ve been in the lab myself, creating this product and watching it develop. I’m really proud of the high integrity of the ingredients featured in this brand. It tastes great and doesn’t contain anything we don’t need in the blend.’

Now that the holidays are approaching, Brooke is careful.

She likes seasonal foods.

“I’m a great gardener, so I’m really happy to pick from my garden to bring that love and organic vibe into my kitchen for my family,” Brooke said.

‘I love fall root vegetables. Beets. Pumpkin soup. I love pumpkin! I love the scent of pumpkin and spice. I love cinnamon and nutmeg in my fall smoothies.

“Frozen pears instead of bananas are a really tasty option.” I also like warm comfort foods. Summer is more crunchy foods and rainbow colors. And the holidays are a little more vegetarian and baked dinners».

Usually people crave carbs in the fall, but she has a way around that.

Have a snack: When she gets the munchies, she gives up. “I’m not a big snacker, but time spent in the car to and from school and sports is a really easy time to want to snack on something,” said the mother of four

“I think when people crave carbs, there’s something in their body that they need or they’re not giving it.” One thing I love about shaking up the smoothie scene with Longevity is that it’s really satisfying when you give your body what it craves.

“But if you’re going to eat more carbs, up your cardio.”

“If you’re trying to lose a few pounds, sweat more often.” But if you’re really craving carbs, give yourself a cheat day to enjoy something like a pizza and then go back to your plan.’

Brooke has also said that other women inspire her.

“The women I travel with in fitness really motivate me. We push each other. We show up for each other. We hold each other accountable. We also laugh together, sweat together and cheer each other on. We scold each other in class and encourage each other. I think fitness is so much more fun when you do it with someone who inspires you.’
