Oooh, the Apple deals keep coming this morning. If you’re after an iPad in the UK, Amazon has a great deal on Apple’s entry-level model. Usually from £369, the 2021 iPad (9th generation) is currently £309.98 on Amazon (opens in a new tab) – that’s just under £60 off.

This isn’t the lowest we’ve seen from this model (with WiFi and 64GB of storage), it’s down to £298 in August, but it’s not far off. The 9th generation iPad was replaced by a new, more powerful 10th generation version last month, but the fact that Apple has kept it shows what a brilliant little machine it is for everyday use.

Hi everyone, Kerrie is here again. It’s early morning in the UK and I’ve been dreaming about Apple deals. Lo and behold, I woke up to a deal on the brand new Apple Watch Series 8 – now £399 on Amazon (opens in a new tab). Ok, so £20 off may not be the biggest discount, but anything on a new product like this is not to be sniffed at. We saw some slightly better deals in October (during Amazon’s Early Access sale), so we may see more next week. But that’s not guaranteed, so if you’re looking for Apple’s newest smartwatch, this is a deal worth considering.

If you want a bigger screen, I’ve also found Apple’s best Black Friday deal on the MacBook Pro 16, and again that’s record savings. Amazon has the MacBook Pro 16, 16GB RAM, 512GB RAM for $2,499 $1,999 (opens in a new tab). That’s $500 off, again a 20% savings. I’ve just looked at the price history and can confirm that, like the 14 deal below, this is the lowest price yet for the base configuration of this MacBook since it was released last year.

As I said, for most people’s needs a MacBook Air will do just fine offering more than enough performance, especially if you go for a 16GB configuration. But if you work in video editing or produce complex 3D images, then you might want the performance and efficiency of MacBook Pros with M1 Pro or M1 Max chips, which make light work of more graphically demanding work.

For some time now, we’ve been seeing savings of around $400 on some of the heavier configurations, those with 1TB or more of storage. But right now there are some great Black Friday Apple deals on more affordable configurations. Amazon has the 2021 MacBook Pro 14 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD for $1,999 $1,599 (opens in a new tab). That’s the lowest price we’ve seen since the laptop’s release, and a savings of $400 or 20%.

I would like to point out that there are discounts on the new MacBook Air M2 2022 in the UK as well. The best price I’ve seen so far is at Very, which has the base 8GB configuration reduced from £1,249 to £1,109 – a saving of £140 (opens in a new tab).

I scoured the web again for MacBook deals, trying to figure out which is the current cheapest deal on an Apple laptop. For most people’s needs, a MacBook Air will do just fine, and did we mention earlier that B&H Photo has Apple’s latest laptop, the MacBook Air M2 reduced from $130 to $1,269 (opens in a new tab) for a 16GB RAM configuration. If you don’t need that much memory, Amazon offers 8GB configurations that are cheaper than $1,199 $1,099 (opens in a new tab).

But the cheapest MacBook we can buy right now – and I suspect throughout Black Friday – is the older model with the M1 chip. Amazon has the 2020 MacBook Air cut $200 from $999 to $799 in the US (opens in a new tab) and reduced from £999 to £877.99 in the UK (opens in a new tab).

Sticking with the Apple Watch for now, if you’re not set on the latest model, then there are some decent early Black Friday Apple deals on the Apple Watch Series 7 right now on both sides of the Atlantic.

It’s Amazon again. In the US, you can get the Apple Watch Series 7 45mm GPS for $429 $369 (opens in a new tab), although it seems that the discounts are only available on the 45mm in red. In the UK, Amazon has the 41mm Apple Watch 8 for £369 £319 (opens in a new tab).

Yesterday we were quite surprised to find an early Black Friday deal from Apple on the new Apple Watch Series 8. Amazon has the Apple Watch Series 8 with 41mm GPS for $399 $349 (opens in a new tab) and the 45mm Apple Watch Series 8 GPS for $429 $379 (opens in a new tab), a savings of $50. Not bad considering the watch was released just two months ago today.

Well, now there’s good news for those in the UK too. Amazon UK has just dropped the price of the Apple Watch 8 by £20. This means you can get the Apple Watch Series 8 41mm GPS for £419 £399 (opens in a new tab). The 45mm is £449 $429 (opens in a new tab). Not as generous as the US deal, but still very welcome for such a new product.

These are the first discounts of any kind we’ve seen on Apple’s latest smartwatch, and they’re surprising both for coming so soon after its release and also so soon before the official Black Friday week.

Apple ProDisplay XDR

Hi, this is Joseph Foley, taking over from Kerrie for a while as we continue to track the best Black Friday Apple deals.

Now, the Pro Display XDR is one of the pricier products in Apple’s current lineup, so if you’re going to spend a small fortune on a screen, you really want to make sure it’s when there’s a Black Friday deal on. And right now there is, if you’re fast. Amazon has the 32-inch Apple Pro Display XDR 6K Retina 32-inch for $5,999 $5,499 (opens in a new tab).

Yes, it’s still outrageously expensive, but it’s a savings of $500 and the lowest price we’ve seen in over a year – Amazon last had the display at this price point for a few days in September 2021. If you can spend so much for a beautiful screen, though, you’ll need to be quick. There are only 16 left in stock right now. Just remember to make sure you have some cash if you want a stand, too — Apple famously sells the Pro Display’s Pro Stand separately VESA mount adapters are sold separately — for nearly $1,000 (opens in a new tab).

If you’ve now completely lost track of which iteration of AirPods Apple is on, you’re not alone. After double (and triple) checking, I can confirm that the latest model is the AirPods Pro (2nd Generation), which retails for £249 on the Apple Store. However, if these are the wireless headphones you want, you can save a cheeky ten at Amazon UK, where they’re now £239 (opens in a new tab).

It’s time for you guys in the UK now. Again, this deal is for a brand new Apple product from 2022 and this time it’s the turn of the iPad Pro. The 6th generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro currently costs £1,319 at Very (opens in a new tab)it’s £50 cheaper than buying this 256GB version direct from Apple.

That might sound very anticipated, but divide that by the number of years this device will serve you, and it offers excellent value, especially with an extra £50 off.

Well, the surprise discounts keep coming. This time it’s on the brand new MacBook Air (M2, 2022). Released in June of this year, this powerful computer is a favorite here at CB, and right now you can get $130 off Apple’s latest super slim laptop at B&H Photo – now $1,269 (opens in a new tab).

Buying this model, which features an 8-core chip, 8-core GPU and 16GB memory, directly from Apple would cost $1,399, so this deal will be hard to beat this Black Friday.

Hello Apple fans! Kerrie, CB editor here. I didn’t expect to start talking about amazing Apple deals for another week, but it seems retailers everywhere simply can’t wait any longer: Apple’s Black Friday deals are here. Hurray!

I have to say these first deals we’re seeing are pretty impressive (and believe me when I say I’ve seen more than a few to know when they’re good), but the official Black Friday event kicks off next Friday (November 25th), so it’s worth the worth noting that retailers may withhold their best deals until then.

But if, like them, you can’t wait to get involved, there are already sensational discounts. One of the best I’ve seen so far ended up at B&H, where you can get $50 off a brand new 2022 Apple iPad (10th generation) – now up to $399 (opens in a new tab). In vibrant blue and complete with 64GB of storage, this is the cheapest model you’ll find on the web right now.
